		<description>They charged me $19.90 for shipping for a rush order and then said the order could take 2-4 weeks.  How is that rush shipping?  Have not received an order yet.</description>

		<description>I, too ordered the Kinoki pads.  My order was placed on January 6th and I was told the credit card wouldn't be charged until the item was shipped.  Well, the credit card was charged several weeks ago. No delivery.  The order status function on the BuyKinoki.com website doesn't locate my order and the Customer Service telephone number is a voice mail.  I'm nearing the point of having to dispute the credit card charge and forgetting the purchase.  Very unprofessionial in my view.</description>
